Frequently asked questions
Does it cover mandatory time tracking?
Yes. Every clock-in is stored with its time and origin, reports export to Excel or PDF, and sensitive changes are audited.
What if my people work where there is no coverage?
The app stores the clock-in on the phone and syncs it automatically when the network returns. No duplicates, nothing lost.
What does the employee need?
An Android phone (version 7 or later). Download the app from this page, sign in with the password their company gives them, and clock in.
How much does it cost?
Free, no card and no commitment. Right now, during the pilot phase, everything is unlocked with up to 30 employees. Paid plans, from 29 euros a month, are coming soon.
Where is my data?
On servers in Europe, isolated per company: nobody from another company can see it. And you can export it whenever you want.
Does it integrate with A3, Sage, SAP, Power BI or Excel?
Yes. Excel and Power BI connect in two minutes with an API key (Data, From Web). For A3, Sage or SAP you can export CSV and Excel from Reports or hand the read-only API to your consultant. And with webhooks, Tempix notifies your systems instantly when someone clocks in or a leave is approved.
